- Grabbing tools from the top shelf – 15 burpees
- Pulling cords – 20 curls
- Picking up power cells – 20 deadlifts
Gathering the reindeer & presents (cardio):
- Carrying presents – with presents small loop
- Running to get the reindeer – Indian Run with present in the front around the big loop
- Reindeer running – 30 alpha count High knees
Flying the sleigh (core):
- Whipping the ropes – 35 alpha count american hammers*
