Checking the sleigh (arms) :

  • Checking under the sleigh – 20 rolling merkins 
  • Grabbing tools from the top shelf – 15 burpees
  • Pulling cords – 20 curls
  • Picking up power cells – 20 deadlifts

Gathering the reindeer & presents (cardio):

  • Carrying presents – with presents small loop  
  • Running to get the reindeer – Indian Run with present in the front around the big loop
  • Reindeer running – 30 alpha count High knees

Flying the sleigh (core):

  • Whipping the ropes – 35 alpha count american hammers*
  • Getting tossed around – 30 jlows alpha count
  • Flight – 25 cadence supermans
