Trae Young Day!

Preamble:

Well Trae Young did it again and won another road game in the playoffs.  So YHC decided to honor him in the gloom.

Warm-O-Rama:

Headed up to the upper parking lot for 11 (Trae Young’s Number) – SSH’s, Hill Billies, and Weed Pickers.

The Thang:

After the warmup we headed to the play ground for some 11’s.  Pull ups on the bars and Derkins down the hill at Crikey’s Pulpit.  It was fitting to have a founding member of Thundermeat (I can’t bring myself to change the spelling to Thundermeet).  It is probably not the best idea to go up and down the hill by the play ground in the dark…so when you do something questionable blame Thundermeat.  As we waited for the 6 we did some Mary like exercises even T-Bombs (now known as Trae Young Bombs)

After 11’s on the play ground we headed to the turf field for more 11’s.  This time Merkins and Squats.  We only ran to the 50 yard line as YHC promised little mosey.  The catch, we did 3 Burpees every time we passed the 11 yard line (That was a bad idea).

I think Miller Time was the only one to finish.

COT:

Prayers for Stu’s family as his mother in law passed.  As Stu said she lived a full live of 90+ years.  Prayers for Nacho’s mission trip.  Prayers for No See Um’s family vacation.
