The Thang:

Mosey North towards Johns Creek High until we got on a the pseudo sketchy path with limited lighting. Once on the path we did an Indian Run until we got to the end of the path.

Q clearly had 10 RFT of 5/10/15 Merkins, BB Sit-ups, Air Squats on his mind, but he was quickly reminded he said 5 RFT when he started his set of 6 which may or may not have sparked some mumble chatter.

Either way, we did 10 RFT of the above 5/10/15. Gave the PAX the chance of a 10 count which was done in record time.

Indian run back down the sketchy path until Q saw a near perfect spot for some dips. We all grabbed some wall, and held the top of the dip while the Pax on one end completed one dip and then the Pax to his left completed the 2nd, so on and so forth until we got to the end, then we brought it back and did this for a few revolutions.

Mosey back to the flag.

Q had another BD segment in the hopper, but with 9 minutes to go, we opted for MARY where almost everyone had the chance to lead us with an exercise.

Promise race was rained out, but have no fear we will be completing it on 4/28 at the Hooch.

We learned of a tragic car accident that resulted in the death of a young man yesterday. He was friends with McGuire and they coached rugby together. Please keep the family and friends of this young man in your thoughts and prayers.
