  • 10x Slow Squats
  • Arm circles

The Thang:

Decided to go with another Tabata workout.

4 cycle, 5 exercise Tabata workout, with Cycle 1 and 3 being the same and Cycle 2 and 4 being the same.

Cycle 1 / 3 – With Cinder Blocks

  • Deadlifts
  • Rows
  • Squats
  • Curls
  • Thrusters

Cycle 2 / 4 – No Blocks

  • LBCs
  • Flutter kicks (cycle 4 switch to skull crushers with block)
  • Lunges
  • Cossack squats
  • Big boys

Each exercise was 1:45 of work and 0:15 of rest.
