Salta – The harder version of Atlas

Preamble:
YHC was excited to get going since he had been waiting on the Q sheet for weeks for this day. Wednesday is typically the hardest workout for Salta and I was ready to bring it.
Warm-O-Rama:
Quick warm-up of:
- Arm circles
- Weed Pickers
- Toy Soldiers
The Thang:
Group split up into a pain station and worked for 2 minutes with a 20 second rest in between. The pain stations were:
- Cross snatch with a kettle bell
- Lawn mowers with a 25lb plate
- Incline and Decline Merkins on a Atlas ball
- Farm carry with 2 cinders
- Curls with a cinder
- LBC’s
- Over head press with a 35lb plate
Group continued to rotate each 2 minutes while listening to some sweet country music.
