Headed for shelter in the pavilion:
Moseyed for a lap, SSH’s, Hillbillys, Weed Pickers, Arms Circles, and Covids
The Thang:
Started with 5 Burpees then a lap
then 5 burpees, 10 Merkins the a lap (continue to add an exercise each time)
in all 2.5 miles were run

Naked-Man Moleskin:
-Today was my 2nd year anny at F3, it has been a tremendous addition to my life (forever thankful to Miller Time), thanks to all the PAX that have pushed me and joined me in the gloom the last two years.
