Homecoming 2021

Preamble:

The first Beatdown at the Norseman in 2021 and everybody coming back from Christmas break…Homecoming 2021!  What a year to be alive!  4 for the first prerun of 2021.   Now I will say that I did get some motivation from Miller Time over at the Rubicon for the Q.  He was talking about Burpees and Blockees.  So why not?

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey over to the High School.  SSH’s, Weed Pickers, Lunges, and Merkins.  After the quick warm up we headed to the coupon pile and detoured to a locked gate and then made down to the track.

The Thang:

First set with the coupon – 10 Blockees, 20 Bent over Rows, 30 Press.  Set the coupon down and take a lap around the track.

Second set with the coupon – 10 Blockees, 20 Curls, 30 Skull Crushers.  Set the coupon down and this lap 10 Merkins at every tree light.  There were a bunch.

Third set with the coupon – 10 Blockees, 20 Press, 30 Rows.  Set the coupon down and this lap 10 Squats at every tree light.

Fourth set with the coupon – 10 Blockees, 20 Skull Crushers, 30 Curls.  Set the coupon down and take a lap.

We dropped our Homecoming dates off and headed back to the flag for a few minutes of mary.

Prayers for Dr. Rico’s Family.  Callahan is starting a Friday morning Bible Study at FBC Alpharetta.  Open to anyone that wants to join.  Except for men that wear turtlenecks.
