Can you hang?

Preamble:

Rucks only for a 45 minute adult recess.

Warm-O-Rama:

Quick mosey over towards the ninja course for some SSHs.

The Thang:

Thing 1: hanging out

Ruck loaded Reps of 10 quarter pull-ups, hanging knee ups, followed by a dead hang for all you got.

Followed by rounds of 9- 8 -7 -6 -5- 4- 3- 2- 1 reps, dead hang finish to conclude each round

Things 2: Clockwork

Moseyed over to the stage by the town green which is a big circle with paved path and 12 lamposts.

Round 1- Single leg dead-lifts at each lamp post.  Starting at two reps we alternated legs at each lampost and added to reps.  Finishing with 24 at the last post.  As a “break” we started and ended with 10 weighted merkins and had two “rest” stops for 10 dips and 10 inverted rows on the circle too.

Round 2- Similar to round 1, but we did Rucked Big Boys sit-ups with a Shoulder press as we were sitting up.  Started with 1 rep and increased by one at each post.  Everything else was the same

5MOM- round robin style

Prayed for our kids, nation, and gave thanks to the sky Q.  Some shared a thanks to what this group had meant to them.
