Most Wonderful BD of the Year

With Scrooge sidelined, YHC picked up the Q for the annual Christmas BD.

The Thang:

The PAX headed over to where the speaker with a rockin holiday playlist from Dinghy was waiting, along with a board of pain. Although, the board was decorated with holiday lights 🙂

PAX were instructed to spread out and follow the instructions on the board, which were:

• 10 Burpees, 25 Merkins
• Lap
• 10 Burpees, 25 Merkins, 50 BBS
• Lap
• 10 Burpees, 25 Merkins, 50 BBS, 75 Squats

During this wonderful time, the music was enjoyed and a source of discussion and admiration.

Next the PAX circled up for some Ring of Fire with HR Merkins, Diamonds, and Wide Merkins.

Then we had about 5 minutes so we finished with some Mary including the Flo Bounce, Pickle Pointers, Annie and some other wonderful stuff.
