GGG…What Begins with G

Preamble:

The Killer Gs (Gilligan, Gopher and Guard Dawg), were the only 3 who sacked up to join YHC this AM at PMS for a soggy beatdown. No time like the present to get it on.

Warm-O-Rama:

Circling up at 0600, we held two rounds of pre-fun games (all IC and x12)

• Side Straddle Hop
• Imperial Walkers
• Squats
• Cotton Pickers
• Floyd Mayweathers
• 30 second plank

(2 Rounds)

The Thang:

Time to mosey, around the back of the fields and out of the ball park across to the Brookrun path and over to the park pavillion. And just in time as the mist became a more steady rain.

Alternating sets (all IC and all x12)

• Dips
• Step-Ups
• Incline Merkins

(3 Rounds)

Time for another little mosey. There’s a nice little loop that goes over to the concert venue next door, out to the street, back up the block and the return path to the pavillion.

One more set (all IC and all x12)

• Dips
• Step-Ups
• Incline Merkins

Once more around our little loop and back to the pavillion for some…

Mary: (all IC and all x12 with 2 rounds)

• Low Dolly
• Obliques (Left/Right)
• Low Flutter
• Big boy situps (OYO)

Mosey out of the pavillion and back to where it all began. 12 more Imperial Walkers and 12 more Squats (x12 and IC).

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Hopefully the 3rd time will be the charm. 7 on 1st Monday and only 4 today. Need these numbers to rise if we are going to maintain this location.
