Preamble:
As of Sunday night, the Q spot was wide open so YHC decided to grab it… it would be all rainbows and unicorns according to the preblast. But what we accomplished was all but that.
Warm-O-Rama:
Head over to the side parking lot for SSH, Imperial Walker, Weedpicker and a round of Circle Burps. Mosey along the track behind the fields to an obscure building for a little Balls to the Wall. 45 seconds, extra credit for 60 seconds.
The Thang:
F3 Deck of Death combined with an Essential Rock playlist.
- Add 10 reps to all cards that have a number
- Royal is 25 reps
- Aces are 100 reps
- Jokers are pick your poison
- After each exercise, short mosey and back

Always an honor to lead. Prayers were spoken for sadclowns in the area, words of encouragement were offered. CSAUP weekend coming up on 8/22 weekend in honor of Darth Visor.

Hushpuppy learned the lesson of leaving home a few minutes early to get to the beatdown on time. Luckily he pulled in 2 minutes late and found us… but it doesn’t always end that way.
