No Burpees

Preamble:
It was MT who first told me that sometimes you just need to put someone on the Q sheet when they haven’t Q’d in a while. He also told me that sometimes it comes back to bite you, but sometimes you don’t believe it until it’s Sunday night and Tebow texts you asking if you can take the Tuesday Q.
After 200 burpees at the Sasquatch on Saturday, there would be no burpees today. YHC decided to dust off an old BD that he delivered to a light Saturday crowd last year.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey to the upper pavilion parking lot for:
- 30x Side Straddle Hops
- 10x Weedpickers
- 15x Imperial Walkers
Then to the pavilion and grab a bench for:
- 15 dips IC
- 20 derkins OYO
- 10 dips IC
- 10 derkins OYO
The Thang:
Mosey to the center of the soccer field. The pattern would be the same for all exercises this morning. Start at the center circle with the designated exercise. Run to corner 1 and perform the first exercise, return to center and perform the center exercise, run to corner 2, etc.
Round 1- Mini Chesto:
- Center: 10 mercans
- Corners: 10 each wide-arm mercans, diamond mercans, stagger one side, stagger opposite side
Round 2- Legs:
- Center: 20 squats
- Corners: 20 each Star Jumps, Lunges, Smurf Jacks, Monkey Humpers
Round 3- Core:
- Center: 30 LBCs
- Corners: 30 each (double count) American Hammers, Gas Pumpers, BBSUs, Flutter Kicks
Had enough time for a bonus round:
- Center: 25 Mountain Climbers (Single count)
- Corners: Makhtar N’Diayes, Plank Jacks, Donkey Kicks, Carolina Dry Dock
Back to the flag for Mary led by Black Box, Shiner, and DC2. Fin.
COT:
Too many Covid cases in PAX extended families, including Speedo’s nieces and Shiner’s dad. Prayers for all suffering from this disease.
