Round 1: Team 1: Marta rails up and down then plank for the 6 while Team 2 exercises (10x IC Mary) then Swap

Round 2: Team 1: sumo squats up and down while Team 2 exercises (10x IC Mary) then Swap

Round 3: repeat round 1

Round 4: Team 1: 2 laps (bear crawl up and down then crawl bear up and down) while Team 2 exercises (10x IC Mary) then Swap

Mosey to Playground for roll call – 5x Pull ups each
