    Neck stretch
    Overhead arm side stetch
    Abe Vigodas
    Forward Hang
    Clasp hands behind and forward hang
    Arm Circles
    Stand Leg Out left then right. Hold for 30 sec.
    Sun Salutation A (3) on last vinyasa swimmer ( superman with legs and arms moving )
    Single Leg bent at knee stretch two breaths 20
    Double leg stretch – straight leg two breaths 20
    Peters bridge both legs up and down 20
    Side arm balance 30 sec to scissor side to scisor legs up (L/R) 10
    Plank arm reach L/R 30 sec
    Plank arm /leg L/R 30 sec
    Vinyasa
    Bound dog L/R 30 sec per side
    Sun Salutation B to Warrior 1/2 L/R
    Single
    Double
    Triple
    Chair
    Chair leg lift Left then Right 30 sec each
    Warrior 1 to 2 to Triangle Left then Right
    Warrior 3 -moon dog – Half moon -Reverse moon – Standing Splits (L/R)
