Merkin mile with 42 Burpees in between mile in honor of YHC’s birthday. We actually ended up doing 1.2 miles of pain!
Each light post starting at entrance was 5 merkins. As we ventured through our AO, the reps increased to 10 and 20. Some cadence was used by all PAX, and everyone finished strong with our chests “swoll!”
