Turbine, White Claw, Devito, Lefty and I headed for an out and back on Rucker Rd.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey towards to the pool parking lot for some SSH, Hill Billies, Weed Pickers, Arm Circles, and Covids.  Unfortunately I left the speaker at home, had a killer ‘Merica playlists planned.

The Thang:

Mosey towards the hill outside of Field of Dreams:

5 Burpees at the bottom, 10 big boys at the top=Repeat 5x

Grab rocks and head into the Field of Dreams, partnered up, Dora time:

200 presses, 200 curls, 200 squats, 200 skull crushers, 200 step-ups (single count)

One partner does exercises behind home plate, while the other runs to center field fence and back

Moseyed back to the flag.

COT:

-Prayers for White Claw’s mother in law, who is dealing with cancer

-Prayers for Devito’s M, that here nerve pain heals

-Talked about persevering during all the gloom during TNT
