Preamble:
A pax of 1 showed up at The Firehouse this am. With a lot of pax out of town or on IR, YHC decided to put in some work alone.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey around parking lot stopping for 10 merkins, YHC stopped at the entrance to the upper lot for warm up.

The Thang:
Side step to playground for a circuit- repeat the following 3 x’s.
- Start off with a Yule Brenner routine of merkins(10 reps each of regular, Ranger, diamond, crucible, right side, left side).
- Hit bench for dips x 20
- Goblet squats each leg x 10 at merry go round
- Hit bench for 20 Incline merkins
- head to monkey bars for 10 pull ups
- Head to bench for 20 derkins
- 50 LBC’s
Rinse and repeat 3 x’s
With a few minutes left, YHC headed over to the rock pile and grabbed a generous coupon for a quick round of Colt 45’s.
