Started with a quick mosey around the park and stopped by the stage for a quick warmup.

- Arm Circles
- Neck Circles
The Thang:
- Sun Salutation A x3
- Vinyasa with 10 merkins
- Downward dog leg over stretch both legs
- Downward dog situps x2
- Warrior 1 to 2 to reverse to arm to ground stretch (L)
- Bonnie Blairs in Warrior 1 position x10
- Warrior 1 to 2 to reverse to arm to ground stretch (R)
- Stretch over leg jumps x10 then back to standing position
- Burpee to Plank + Vinyasa to back to standing x5
- Wide Legs forward fold x3 + 10 Sumo squats + Wide Legs forward fold x3
- Side lunge x 5 to Triangle on left then right
- Vinyasa to Warrior 1 to 3
- Warrior 3 to Moondog
- Warrior 3 lunges + bonnie blair to switch legs x5
- Warrior 3 squats Left : Right
