Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the hill. Grab a lifting coupon on the way.

Start at bottom of hill.

Hillbillies up the hill. Hillbillies down the hill.

Toy Solder up the hill. Toy Soldier down the hill.

SSH up the hill. SSH down the hill.

 

The Thang:

20 Merkins at bottom / Run normal up hill / 20 wide merkins at top / Run back to bottom – 5 sets

20 shoulder presses at bottom / Karaoke up hill with rock / 20 front shoulder raises at top / karaoke back to bottom with rock – 5 sets

20 big boy situps at bottom / Karaoke opposite way up hill / 20 double count J Lo’s at top / Karaoke back down – 5 sets

15 curls / Run backwards up hill with rock / 15 skull crushers at top / run normal back down hill – 3 – 5 sets depending

Mosey back to flag for a quick round of merkins / mary
