The Thang:

Since the Summer Solstice was Friday, I though we’d all get in the summer mood by doing a Summer tour around the creek.

First Stop – (S) 5 Surfies – Burpee jumping into a surfing position

2nd Stop – (U) repeat above, then 10  Up/Down High Knees with merkins – on YHC Count.

3rd Stop – (M) Repeat Above – 15 Merkins

4th Stop – (M) Repeat all Above – 20 Monkey Humpers

5th Stop – (E) Repeat above – 25 E2K’s – each side.  Whiz finally figured out we were spelling SUMMER….

6th Stop – (R) Repeat above – 30 Rockette Dips
