7 PAX took the DRP to get stronger in the gloom on the last Wednesday before Christmas. Here is what went down:
-quick mosey around the parking lot, circle up for SSH, Weedpicker & Imperial Walker
-head up the steps for a trail run Reverse Indian style – man in back turns and runs opposite way, man in front calls exercises like buttkickers, arm circles, overhead press

11’s on the long steps – 10 Carolina Drydock at top, 1 American Hammer at botom (4 count)
-plank for the six, and then off we went to the parking lot

BLIMPS – run to a designated location in between
10 burpees at 10 yd line
20 lunges at 20 yd line & so on
30 imperial
40 merkins
50 plank jacks
60 squats

Always an honor to lead. Prayers were spoken for those battling illness and injury, especially T.O. who was supposed to Q today but is battling a head cold. Prayers also for FiA nation as they lost one of their own due to a tragic running accident yesterday morning. Prayers for the NLB guys that are going home for the holidays as well as those that are staying behind. Announcement was the decision to close the workout next Wednesday the 26th as many will still be out of town. SYITG
