After a pre-blast challenge from Manhole (scheduled Q), 8 hearty souls were ready for a stellar beatdown but as 5:30 came and went, Manhole was nowhere to be found. So, YHC agreed to step into the breach and provide a substitute Q beatdown that the PAX were very excited about.

Mosey to back side of school for a Crowd Pleaser at top of steps on each end: 5 Hand release burpees (working down to 1) at one end, 5 merkins at two stops in between (both directions) and 1 Hand release burpee at other end (working up to 5).
Mosey to Seles stop for Mary: 15 Heels-to-Heaven, 25 Heels-to-Heaven, 50 Heels-to-Heaven i.c.
Mosey to the small hill facing the tennis courts: 5 Bear crawls up the hill then 5 Crab Walks up the hill
Mosey to start for 10, 12-count around the world lunges then 5 hand-release burpees oyo
