12 PAQ on a wet and dreary day at the Wreck. All participants had been warned to wear gloves and I believe most came prepared for a day with our favorite coupon: the cinderblock or the Cindy
While not a fan of Cindy myself, I do find it to be one of the better workouts when others bring her, so I figured it was my turn.
Warm Up:
- 12 Count:
- Cotton Pickers
- Imperial Walker
- Toy Soldier
- Grab Cindy and carry her over your head (John Cusack) to the football field (this in and of itself could have been the workout)
The Thang:
The work out was a partner workout with one person running suicides while the other worked with Cindy. The first partner would run to the 25 yard line while the second partner started the exercise. The partners would switch roles upon return. This continued with each partner running to the 25, 50, 75, 100 (if needed) until they had reached 100 counts of each of the following exercises with Cindy.
- 100 of each split between partners
- Curls
- One arm rows – alternate arms through exercise
- Triceps Press
- Skull crushers
- Overhead Press
- Kettle Bell Swings
We then switched it up slightly. Each partner ran to the 25, 50, 75, and 100 and back alternating with their partner each time upon return. The partner alternated between Squats and Merkins with Cindy while the partner ran.
We left Cindy at the football field and Crablegs led the mosey back to the flag for a couple of minutes of Mary while YHC pulled up the 6ish.
