We started this morning with our warm up mosey with some karaoke thrown in for good measure. We were thankful the rain had stopped as we hop-scotched our way around the puddles.
And so began the theme of “40”
First Stop:
– 10 J-Los in cadence, followed by 10 merkins, 10 squats and 10 star jumps.
Mosey to second stop
Second Stop:
– 20 lunges, 20 VUPS, followed by 20 lunges and 20 LBCs.
Mosey to third stop.
Third Stop:
– 10 pull ups, 20 dips, 10 merkins (repeat)
mosey to Fourth stop.
Fourth Stop:
10 dips, 10 Derkins, 10 merkins, 10 step ups (repeat)
mosey to the flag.
wrapped up the morning with a round of Mary and prayer time.
