Aside from the green marker i used to write up the circuits and the two half-assed clovers i drew on a dry erase board, there were no other indications this was a St Patrick’s Day BD. I saw rain in the forecast and didn’t know if that would wash away what i had planned, which would’ve really sucked. but I’m stubborn, and i already had the idea, and i already took the time to make the board so i decided to risk it. Well, once underway, the rain started falling and guess what? Let it be known a bit of rain will NOT rinse off your dry-erase board!
Our warmup consisted of 20 burpees in the soccer field, OYO, then take a lap, followed by 10 merkins IC, take a lap but come back with a rock.
