WARMUP
-Mosey around the parking lot, always facing same way
-Run forward, side shuffle, backwards run, karaoke back
– Circle up for SSH, Weedpicker & Hillbilly
-Mosey toward the Church running track
-Stop for circle burpees twice along the way, waiting on the six each time
THE THANG
-3 man relay teams – A runs, B does 10 merkins while C is holding legs and doing 10 squats, then catch A who is planking. When caught, A does merkins, B holds, C Runs. Then C does merkins, A holds and B Runs
-YHC estimates about 6-8 laps around the track
-Head to pavilion for dips, derkins and step ups (2 sets)
-Mosey back, stopping for circle burpees, twice. Again.
-Head back to the flag for 5 MOM (Minutes of Mary)
