Always good to start the day in downtown Alpharetta on Milton Ave. The old Milton HS is coming down, new buildings are going up and soon 35 Milton will be torn down. We will have to figure something out then I guess.
5 PAX arrived to take the DRP for a 45 minute run. We broke into the “Gazelle” group (no not Giselle!) and the “Clydesdale” (not the Budweiser version) group. YHC opted for the later this morning as the IT band has been acting up and the Ragnar is 3 weeks away!
Route this week was an out and back on Milton/Mid Broadwell with a u turn at 22.5 minutes where ever you happen to be. YHC made it 1/2 mile before pulling the plug and returning to 35 Milton. The Gazelles made 5.6 miles in 45 minutes and the Clydesdales made 4.2 miles and everyone returned to the start within 15 seconds of each other. YHC got some IT band rehab exercises in at 35 milton. 🙁

Peanut hill lives! Both groups complaining about “the hill” immortalized by Peanut on a bear crawl burpee fest on said hill some time back.

PAX on IR and upcoming No Longer Bound graduation at North Point Church on Saturday at 1:00 when F3 Caney Creek PAX Roll Tide will be one of the graduates. Come out and support them if you can.
