Vacation season is officially here, but not for the 5 PAX who came for a humid and muddy beatdown. YHC figured there was no way to stay dry so why bother? Let’s just jump right in. Here’s what happened.
Warmup:
- SSH
- Cotton Pickers
- Squats
- Merkins
Mosey to the soccer field. Just to get the blood flowing, line up on the goal line. 5 burpees and sprint to the other goal line. After about 5 rounds of this, mosey to the sideline for bear crawl 11’s. Bear crawl halfway across the field and sprint to the other side. Exercises were Carolina Dry Dock and Low Peter Parkers. T-claps to Mini-Me for introducing YHC to the low peter parker. YHC underestimated how tiring this combo was going to be. Once the 6 was in, couple laps of ranger indian run. Mosey back to the flag with a brief stop for some lunge suicides. Just a few minutes for Mary. Rosalitas, reverse LBCs, and American Hammers. Done.

- Don’t despise the days of small things. Its fun to have 20 PAX out, but the numbers aren’t why we are doing this. Let’s keep pushing each other to be better men.
