Five sets of 33 Reps of merkins, run to home plate and back after each set.
Five sets of 33 Reps of Rows with rocks, run to home plate and back after each set.
Five sets of 33 Reps of Shoulder Presses with rocks, run to home plate and back after each set.
One set of 33 Reps of dead lifts with rocks, run to home plate and back after each set.
Drop off your rock from where you got it and back to the flag for some brief marys.
