Preamble:

it was dark.  This will be one of my works bb's.  all about the P Points.

Warm-O-Rama:

We warmed up by running around the lot and circling up around the pitcher's mound

The Thang:

We did a 7 of diamonds with the following exercises.  7 times around the bases. 7x Absolutions 14x Captain Thor's (1:4 BB:American hammer) 21x Imperial Squat Walker 28x SSH 21x Mercans 14x Lunges 7x Burpees
