Circle with Me – 2002 Grand Finale

Preamble:

Mild day compared to the last week of frigid temps, don’t sue me or the fearless leaders… Let’s mosey!

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the concessions stand circle (circle with me).

SSH –> Weed Pickers –> Imperial Walkers –> arm circles (on your own)

The Thang:

“Tiger sign” run – out and back to the sign by King’s Ridge out on the main road.  Not quite a mile, but close.

Buddy / Lap/ Dora:

• “Different Merkins” – each lap requires a different style of merkins… totaling 250 between the partners.
• Dips – 150 total between the partners
• Bullet for my Valentine Plank – plank position with arm raises called out by the Q for the duration of the song, “No More Tears to Cry” by Bullet for my Valentine.

• Box Jumps – 100 total between the partners
• Burpees – 100 between the partners (just barely started… didn’t finish)
