College Football Trivia!

Preamble:

QIC rolled in for enough time to setup for beatdown and shout let’s go!

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to newish baseball press box area and begin warm up.  We brought a football and tossed it to PAX across circle between exercises.  If dropped or instructions were not followed, 5 burpees were performed by all PAX

The Thang:

It’s time for college football playoffs so let’s do some college football trivia and celebrate with a Go Dawgs Theme.  Each letter of “Go Dawgs” will represent an exercise with a different means of travel back

Gas Pumpers (Bear Crawl)

One Legged Burpee (Frog Jump)

Diamond Merkins (Lunge)

Alternating Side Squats  (Backwards Run)

Webbicide (run 5 yards, 1 merkin, back, run 10 yards, 2 merkins, etc.)

Groiners (Starting from a pushup/merkin position, thrust your feet forward, landing outside of each hand. Thrust backwards to original position. Repeato.) (Mosey)

San Antonio shuffle (Left Leg Lunge, Right Leg Lunge, Burpee, Plankjack) (Karaoke)

We will start at 50 yard line in 2 teams and throw, kick, shot put, etc a football as close to goal line without going in endzone.

Endzone is a 5 rep penalty where you do 5 more than other team.

We will ask a question and whoever gets answer right will be able to move up 5 yards, move opponent back 5 yards or choose the method in which their opponent advances the ball towards goal line.

WE added some 40 yard sprints at “halftime” and a 3 cone drill at the end to keep with the football theme.  We also called an audible and did more Bear crawls as our MOT back to cone.

Prayers for Swiper as he has out patient procedure today and continued prayers for Napalm as he recovers.  Prayers for Snowman and his family as they visit his brother’s grave today.
