Preamble:
Q showed up from the pre run with literally 15 seconds to spare. Nothing fancy just diving right in!
Warm-O-Rama:
A quick warm up of some squats, burpees, and a few stretches. Mosey to the back hill
The Thang:
1.AT THE BACK HILL
Squats
- Do 10 squats at the “Zebra Crossing”, mosey to the “3rd Light”, 10 squats at the light, mosey back to the “Zebra Crossing.
- Do 20 squats at the “Zebra Crossing”, mosey to the “3rd Light”, 20 squats at the light, mosey back to the “Zebra Crossing.
- Do 30 squats at the “Zebra Crossing”, mosey to the “3rd Light”, 30 squats at the light, mosey back to the “Zebra Crossing.
- As always, there was the traditional amount of confusion which was the “3rd Light” haha
Merkins
- Do 10 merkins at the “Zebra Crossing”, bear crawl to the “light right there” (Q pointed and everyone was clear on which light, approx 20 yards from the zebra crossing), do 10 merkins, and bear crawl back to the “Zebra Crossing”
- Do 20 merkins at the “Zebra Crossing”, bear crawl to the “light right there”, do 20 merkins, and bear crawl back to the “Zebra Crossing”
- Do 30 merkins at the “Zebra Crossing”, bear crawl to the “light right there”, do 30 merkins, and bear crawl back to the “Zebra Crossing”
Monkey Humpers
- Do 10 monkey humpers at the “zebra crossing”, bernie to the “3rd Light”, do 10 monkey humpers, mosey back to the zebra crossing.
- Do 20 monkey humpers at the “zebra crossing”, bernie to the “3rd Light”, do 20 monkey humpers, mosey back to the zebra crossing.
- Do 30 monkey humpers at the “zebra crossing”, bernie to the “3rd Light”, do 30 monkey humpers, mosey back to the zebra crossing.
Q called for a quick 6 count. Mosey to the pavilion.
2.AT THE PAVILION
Q called for partners. For each round, the quantity is what you must complete together. Once done, take a lap around the playground together. Step Ups for the 6.
- 100 Dips
- 200 Merkins (any combo) – BUT… if you or your partner break form or need to rest, you both must do 30 SSH for “recovery”
- 10 leg raises, 20 LBCs, 20 BBSU, 10 leg raises
