Rabbit Chase

Preamble:

Some showed up early for a pre ruck

Warm-O-Rama:

Started with a mosey and ended where we started with some SSH, Sun Gods, Weed pickers, and imperial walkers.

The Thang:

We started with running to the firehouse while Glitter (is injured) walked on his own. Every time we stopped running, we would do 20 Merkins, 20 Crunchy Frogs, and 20 Bonnie Blair’s. Whoever finnished first would start running and the rest would follow whether they completed all of the reps or not. We would stope every 5 lights or so. Did that all the way to the firehouse and back. Once back we ran to the bottom of the farthest parking lot. Once everyone was there, we did an Indian run back to the top. We then meet up with Glitter and speed walked to the end.

We completed 2.38 miles
