Pyramids with merkins, fire-hydrants, mary-katherines, and mountain climbers with a sprint staircase loop in between exercises.

Mary led by all.

COT:

Pray for good family dynamics over the holidays, folks that are travelling, mended souls and cars, and folks suffering from illnesses serious and not as serious.
