Honor to lead at the historic Rubicon at Wills Park

Warm-O-Rama:

a few toe taps, fire hydrants, motivators, weed pickers and lunges with a twist as we moseyed through Wills Park.

1)   11’s on the hill, merkins at the bottom, Bernie up, burpees on top, jog forward down

2) Pyramids of Mary Katherines and Fire hydrants with a sprint in between
