This deck doesn’t have a heart…kind of like you (ouch!)

Mosey to the dam because we saw a cool looking moon on our pre-ruck.  Completed the following in cadence:

• SSH
• Mountain Man Poopers (This one threw the group for a loop, a lot of coordination needed, but still fun)
  • Shoutout to Hushpuppy & The Grindstone on this one
• Weedpickers
• OYO: Arm Circles Forward & Back, COVIDs

Mosey back to the shovel flag for The Thang.

The Thang:

Someone left a deck of cards, a BT speaker, and a large disk with different colors on each side.  Hmmm, maybe we should pick those up and use them.  Let’s do it!

Grab a coupon and meet under one of the lights in the parking lot.  Here are the rules:

• Pick a card and do 10+ card value (J=11, Q=12, K=13) of the following exercises based on suit:
  • Clubs – Curls
  • Diamonds – Lat pullovers
  • Spades – Bent-over rows
  • Hearts – Deadlifts
• Aces are PAX Choice:  We got some overhead presses & curls (because we weren’t getting enough clubs)
• Jokers are 15 Burpees: (Luckily) we found both in the top 10 cards!
• Flip the disk:  Black run to the 2nd light pole, Blue run to the 1st light pole

We made it through half the deck and decided to go back to the dam for some Mary and the sunrise.
