Warm-O-Rama:

We kept things simple and quick.

Mountain Climbers. Arm Circles. Slow Squats. Imperial Walkers.

Then we quickly transitioned to the Thang.

The Thang:

Everyone picked up their KB of choice walked to the hill to do the following.

Starting at the bottom of the hill.

20 Push-ups. Walk up the Hill. 20 Skulz
15 Push-ups. Walk up the Hill. 15 Goblets

30 KB Swings. Walk up the Hill. 30 Rows
25 KB Swings. Walk up the Hill. 25 Curls
20 KB Swings. Walk up the Hill. 20 Skulz
15 KB Swings. Walk up the Hill. 15 Goblets
10 KB Swings. Walk up the Hill. 10 No Surrenders
