  • 11’s on the hill with Merkins and Big Boys
  • On the football field
    • Bear crawl 100 yards with squat jumps at every 10 yard line (build from 1 at 10 yard line to 10 at other goal line)
    • Forward crabwalk 100 yards with merkins at every 10 yard line (decrease from 10 at 10 yard line to 1 at other goal line)
    • Lung 100 yards with 10 burpees at the 50
    • Bear crawl 100 yards with 20 big boys at the 50
    • Broad jump to the 25,  20 merkins, broad jump back to goal line
    • 100 yard sprint (50% to 50, 100% to goal line) x2

COT:

  • Coffee at Scooters
