¿Donde está el PAX?

Preamble:

Ten men chose to begin another beautiful crisp morning (mid 30’s) with a nice beatdown to start the day off right.

Warm-O-Rama:

• Low Slow Squats IC x 10
• Toy Soldiers IC x 10
• Sumo Pulses IC x 10
• SSH IC x 10
• T Press Merkins IC x 10
• Imperial Walkers IC x 10

Rinse and Repeat

The Thang:

Mosey to Rock Garden to procure the rock of your choice.  I think this is where we lost our first PAX, Team Mom.  Not sure where he went.

Thang 1:

Head to area in front of benches for:

• Curls with rock IC x 10
• Squats with rock IC x 10
• Bench Press with rock IC x 10
• Step Ups with rock IC x 10
• Dips IC x 10
• Jump Ups IC x 10
• Dips IC x 10

Return rocks then jump up steps and Bear Crawl length of sidewalk in front of DHS Auditorium.

Mosey to upper parking lot and partner up.

Thang 2:

Partner #1 runs loop around upper parking lot while partner #2 does the first of the following excercises until their partner returns.  When Partner #1 returns, they switch roles.  When Partner #2 returns, he moves to the next exercise and partner #2 runs another loop so that each partner does each exercise and four loops.

• LBC’s
• 8 Count Body Builders
• Walk down Merkins

Mosey to Vanderlyn field and find partner again.  This is where we lost our second PAX, Megatron never made it.

Thang 3:

Partner #1 does 10 Pull-ups while Partner #2 does Squat Rockets.  When Partner #1 finishes, switch places.

Rinse and Repeat until 3 cycles are completed.

Mosey back to DHS via shortcut to track and to Flagpole by Wildcat for Mary.  On the way we found Megatron and he rejoined the fun.

Mary:

• Freddy Mercury IC x 15
• Flutter Kicks IC x 15
• Heels to Heaven IC x 15
• American Hammer IC x 15
• Modified LBC’s with legs held straight at 45 degrees IC x 15

Mosey to back to start.

COT:

Running groups tomorrow at Mellow Mushroom.

Seles took us out with words of praise and inspiration.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Not sure why but for some reason the first person began count off at the COT in Spanish and it continued until all had called out their number in Spanish.  It was Muy Bueno.
