Preamble:
As the new school year was about to start, decided on a Back-to-School theme to get all the PAX in the mood. There would some classes on spelling, math, PE, and carpool line maneuvers. A few arts and crafts were needed for this BD.
Warm-O-Rama:
Moseyed over to the parking lot next to football fields for a quick warm-up.
10 SSH
10 Windmills
10 Mountain Climbers
Each PAX counted off by 2’s and picked up a medium size coupon and moseyed over to Roswell North school.
The Thang:
Thang 1: Car Pool line
A bear-and-block routine through the car pool line at the school. 6 buckets were setup throughout the car pool line with an exercise to perform.
- 50 Curls
- 25 Overhead Press
- 25 Skull Crushers
- 25 Reverse Lunge
- 25 Straight Arm Raise
- 25 Deadlifts
Thang 2: Math
Team 1 and Team 2 each rolled a big dice per round. Went through the following rounds performing the set of exercises.
Rounds:
- Round 1: Add the two dice
- Round 2: Multiple the two dice
- Round 3: Square the dice
Exercises:
- Yurpees
- X-Factors
- Alligator Merkins
Thang 3: Spelling
Board had letters A through Z with corresponding exercise. Each PAX spelled their F3 name and next their wife’s name.
15 reps of each exercise performed.

Thang 4: P.E.
Moseyed to the basketball court behind the school. PAX lined up on the half-court line. Each PAX had two free-throws – if no baskets then all PAX ran to the far fence and did 2 donkey kicks. Only made it through a couple of PAX as time was running short.
Moseyed back to the flag.
