Preamble:

Came into the BD already in action lead by Cha-Ching doing the warm-up.  The preruck with Wideright and Sparky went overtime.

The Thang:

After joining the warm-up already in progress YHC took over and we took a long mosey accross the park though the woods to Fullers Park where this mornings activities were planned.

At Fullers Park we found a baseball field for the BD.

We did 3 inings of baseball

1st Inning (bear crawl between bases. AMRAP at base until other PAX arrives)

• Batters on deck: LBC’s
• Batter: 15 Groiners
• First base: Big Boys
• Second base: J-Los
• Third base: Heels to Heaven

2nd Inning (lunge walk between bases. AMRAP at base until other PAX arrives)

• Batter: 15 Burpees
• First base: Merkins
• Second base: Wide-arm Merkins
• Third base: Plank Jacks

3rd Inning (lunge walk between bases. AMRAP at base until other PAX arrives)

• Batter: 15  Bonnies
• First base: Step back lunges
• Second base: Sumos
• Third base: Jump Squats
