Preamble:

Need a way to atone for a Holiday Weekend’s transgressions?  We found it; sweat.

1st set of “Elevens” on the picnic tables between the football fields: derkins / step ups with leg raises and reverse lungs
Mosey to the football field for:
DB drill suicides w/LBCs – yards along with reps, 20/40/60/80/100
2nd set of Elevens with Spidermerkins / V-ups
Cirlce up in the endzone for “squats in the round” – each PAX side planks while we bang out 20 squats
