Game of 4 corners blimp style 3 rounds:
Round 1
- C1: Burpees x 10
- C2: lunges x 20
- C3: Imperial walkers x 30
- C4: Merkins x 40
- C1: Gas pumpers x 50
Rinse and repeat for round 2 in reverse order. Round 3 add 10 additional reps for each excercise.
Mosey up to rock pile and grab a coupon for colt 45’s:
- 15 upper
- 15 lower
- 15 full
15 skull crushers for extra credit.
Back to Pavilionoseum for 2 rounds of:
- 20 step ups
- 20 dips
- 20 derkins
