The Thang

Mosey around parking lot then warm up.  In cadence: SSH, Imperial Walkers, Squats, Cotton Pickers.

Mosey to soccer field – field too soggy so off to parking lot.

Four Corners:

20x Burpees, 20x Ranger merkins, 20x regular merkins, 20x diamond merkins, 20x Burpees

20x Start jumps, 20x squats, 20x jump squats, 20x monkey humpers, 20x start jumps

Animals – Bear Crawl to first corner, Crab walk to next corner, duck walk to next corner, mosey to final

Mosey back – stop for Lt. Dans – YHC couldn’t do more than 6x so we mosey’ed back to the flag for mary.
