Pax line up in East end zone:

6 exercises for 6 letters..  6 rounds total.

• Shoulder Taps (x 10)
• Hand release merkins (x 20)
• Ab exercise of your choose (x 30)
• Nolan Ryan’s (x 30)
• Kettle bell swings w/ coupon (x 20)
• Squat thrusters (x 10)

***After each round each PAX runs the field 200 yds down and back to staring line.***
