Two rounds of warm-up were enjoined, all IC, 1st x15 and then x10. SSH, Imperial Walkers, Toy Soldiers, Squats, Windmills and Stone Mountain push-ups.
Mosey to the curb, time to get it on.
A set of 11s, Merkins and Squats, with running from curb to curb in between. (I highly recommend not trying to keep pace with Oars, just sayin’).
Mosey to the picnic benches, some dips, step-ups and incline merkins. 3 sets of 10 each and all IC.
Mosey to the base of the parking lot hill for some lunge walking up to the top.
Partner up, because the last dips and merkins were not quite enough. Partner dips and partner merkins. 3 set of each exercise for each partner all OYO.
Mosey to the top parking lot for a bit of Mary. All IC and all x15. Box-cutters, high dolly, dying cockroach, advanced boat canoe, obliques (left and right), low dolly, low-slow flutter (only 10 of these) and LBCs.
Mosey back to the base of the parking lot hill for a 2nd set of lunge walking up the hill.
Mosey back to the parking lot for two quick rounds of jog and sprint up the hill.
Leon took us out with an eye towards 2020 and being better than we were this year.
