Let’s mosey!

The Thang:

Mosey’d to the shopping center across Etris.  Everyone partnered up.  Partner A ran in one direction around the shopping center.  Partner B ran the other direction.  When meeting up with your partner, as a team you do 20 merkins.  Then continue the exercise (running around the shopping center to meet up with your partner).  The goal is to complete 100 merkins individually (5 stops).  The merkins were a nod to GOAT (and his need to get 200 merkins in per day). Mary’d until the 6 was in.  Then, mosey’d to the baseball field.

Keeping the same partner, we have catch-me-if-you-can.  Partner A crabwalks along the fence line.  Partner B does 10 big boy situps, then bear crawls to catch Partner A.  Then switch it up until they go all the way back to home plate.  This catch-me-if-you-can was a nod to Brutus, who loves his crabwalks and Snax, who loves his bear crawls.

For the second lap, Partner A lunges, Partner B does 7 burpees, then runs to catch Partner A, then switch.  This catch-me-if-you-can was a nod to Woodrow, who loves his lunges.  Again, complete at home plate.  Mary’d until the 6 was in.

Mosey’d to the hill.  We did 11’s.  At the bottom of the hill, shoulder taps.  At the top of the hill, stone mountain push-ups.  This was a nod to Ollie, who loves the hill.

Mosey’d to the pull-up bar.  We did a round of morning call.  This was a nod to Sprocket, who loves his pull-ups.

From there, we mosey’d down the steps and lined up.  We did an Indian run around the parking lot until we hit time.  This was a nod to Turbine and Swamp Donkey, who love running.

The variety was a nod to Chalupa and Corn Hole, who like many different exercises.

COT:

Prayers for Pass Interference and his family.  Ponyboy, who is awaiting his new born son.  As usual, prayers for our country.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

The badapple logo was approved by F3.  The shirt pre-order will be put out on the website shortly.  GOAT will be running Wednesday’s beatdown, which will require 1 kettlebell per person.  Heck of a job this morning fellas!
