So week 2 of IronPax was on us. We had read all the Twitter feed seen all the backblasts and knew it was going to be hard.

The Thang:
So this was the list supplied by F3 Greenwood. Easy, do as many rounds as you can in 43 minutes. Sure we said lets go. It was hot, sweaty and hard work but 14 men showed there mettle and gave it horns. Blockees will now be added to the do not use list for 2020.
